Twenty 4 Seven Education have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, thought provoking, reliable Teaching Assistant to work within a Secondary School in Coventry. This full-time role is to start September.

There are a number of thriving Secondary Schools in Coventry who are seeking a teaching assistant that supports students to achieve excellent academic results. The schools want students to develop a clear understanding of who they are and what they believe in. The school’s vision is to ensure that all students leave with a clear understanding of subjects in by engaging with the ambitious academic curriculum.

Your new role:
You will need to help plan and deliver engaging/passionate  lessons and support students in the classroom. you will also need to work one to one with students who require the necessary help. You will also need to help and support the teacher in working with students.

The ideal candidate:
* Have relevant experience of working with students
* Have good subject knowledge and experience of teaching
* Be able to plan and deliver thought provoking lessons
* Monitor and assess pupils effectively to ensure pupil progress
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong classroom and behaviour management
