Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Provide individualized support to students, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis, to enhance their academic progress and personal growth.
Help manage classroom behavior, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
Contribute to the creation of learning materials and resources, tailored to students’ needs and abilities.
Support students with additional learning needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in all aspects of school life.
Collaborate with the teaching staff and other support professionals to assess students’ progress and devise appropriate strategies for improvement.
Assist in the organization and supervision of extracurricular activities, outings, and school events.
Requirements:

Previous experience working in a similar role within a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
A strong commitment to providing high-quality support and guidance to students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
A patient and empathetic approach to working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the school.
A relevant qualification in education or child development would be advantageous.
