Thanet, Kent

Position – key worker 1:1 support for a pupil with communication needs 30 hours per week (8.30am – 3.30pm  Mon – Fri)

Are you experienced in supporting children’s learning in the Early Years and across the infant age range?

Are you confident at adapting resources & implementing activities to suit a child’s individual needs?

Do you have the skills needed to work with young children and SEN&D e.g. language delay, ASC attachment and challenging behaviour due to complex emotional needs?

Can you motivate and engage young children so that they love coming to school?

Are you a great team worker and excellent communicator?

Are you confident to engage with our families and uphold our open-door ethos?

Do you see the glass as half full, not half empty?

Would you enjoy being part of a fantastic team of hardworking teachers and TAs?
