Year 2 Teaching Assistant (2:1)
Full Time (Monday – Friday)
Location: Kidderminster
Start Date: 6th June
A wonderful primary school in Kidderminster are seeking a Year 2 teaching assistant with experience or knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and EYFS. This is a unique yet exciting role due to commence after May half term (6th June) until the end of the academic year. Although this is initially a temporary role, a permanent contract is available from September for the right person.
The Role:
You will be working with two specific children in a Year 2 class who need additional support throughout their education. Although these two children are in Year 2, they are working at EYFS level, particularly with Maths and English. The mornings will entail working on a 2:1 basis outside of the classroom completing fun and engaging activities related to Math’s and English. In the afternoon the two children join their peers in the classroom where they will need support with their learning. The two children are described as delightful by staff members and there are no behavioural issues.

Their previous Ofsted inspections were graded as ‘Good’ and they are constantly striving to offer the very best education for their children.
