Job Description

Youth Worker/Learning Support – SEN School
Starting date: ASAP
Location: Worcester
Free CPD and Constant support with interviewing

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individuals who are looking to make a difference in education. You will be working closely with the students with SEN/ behavioural issues and the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will have:
A passion for education and ideally have a background working with children or youths.
Experience of working young adults/ Children
Have an interest in the education sector
Experience of working with SEN or challenging behaviour
Have an enhanced up to date DBS (Or willing to process one)
Ability to engage with and inspire young learners

Role Summary:
You’ll be working with students with various special and behaviour needs that need support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. The successful individual will be working with students between the ages of 13-17 and the main aim is to incorporate students back into the classroom, you will need to be able to build a strong rapport with the students, be approachable and patient.
