What is T4S SEND?

We are a Specialist SEND provider working across the East Midlands supplying to various different educational settings ranging from SEND schools, Provisions and units with trained and experienced specialist staff.

Working with the broadest range of positions, our candidates include teachers, teaching assistants and school leaders. We also support both mainstream schools and Nurseries with specialist SEND support staff.

We are located in Leicestershire and our team of consultants have over 25 years’ experience working with schools and academies across both London and The East Midlands.

Our focus is to ensure that schools know they have a specialist agency locally that can fulfil their recruitment needs when it comes to SEND.

Meet the team!

Kane has worked in various areas of recruitment in the last 14 years in the sector, but most of his experience is with in Education.

Kane has also worked across SEND, Primary and Secondary so he has gained a strong background knowledge across all areas of education recruitment.

Kane will be leading the East Midlands region for Twenty4Seven education with our focus and specialism being within SEND. Kane and his team will be covering 3 different regions which will be Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Peterborough.

Kane is an experienced manager having a successful background growing teams and helping others to also find success in the recruitment sector.

Josie started her education career in the classroom and has taught across Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage One.

By working in the classroom as a permanent member of staff and as a supply teacher, Josie has gained a good understanding of the Education system and can support candidates from a personal perspective.

For the last ten years, Josie has worked as an Education Recruiter across South London and East Midlands. During this time, she has built good relationships with schools and candidates.
