Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Deal Contract

Type: Full-Time

Age Group: 10-16 year olds

What You’ll Do: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with a variety of special educational needs.
Assist teachers in delivering personalized education plans.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Help students build essential life skills and promote independence.

Manage behaviour and expectations of the School.
Collaborate with the SEN team, parents, and other professionals to create the best possible support network.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have a genuine passion for working with children and young adults with SEN.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Are patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
Have a relevant qualification or experience in SEN (desirable but not essential).
