Hours: 9:30am – 2:30pm

Pay rate: £70-£80 per day

Twenty 4 Seven Education are delighted to be working alongside one of our partner Secondary Schools in the Coventry area. They are looking to add a full time 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to their team, to support a Year 11 male student who displays challenging behaviour. This full time role will start ASAP until July in the first instance.

You will need to inspire and motivate this student to re-focus on their core objectives and support them with their studies.

The main duties within the role will be:
·Working 1:1 with a male student who displays challenging behaviour, supporting them with their academic studies as well as managing the behavioural expectations in the class
·Demonstrate positive behaviour management
·Be a strong role model
·Liaise with the class teachers around pupil progress

The School require someone who:
·Recent experience either as a Teaching Assistant, a Youth Worker and/or Sports Coach
·Has a fantastic attendance record
·Strong knowledge of behaviour management
·Will be able to quickly build relationships with this male student, other students and staff
·Must be willing to work hard and go above and beyond
·Is available to work ASAP
·Has a valid and up to date DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain a new one)
