Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)– Coventry

Location: Coventry

School: Primary

Start Date: January

Contract: Ongoing – Full-Time

Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: £85 –100 per day

Twenty4Seven Education have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational, dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to teach at a Primary  School in Coventry. This role is to start in January on an ongoing basis.

The School:

There are currently a number of schools in Coventry who are all currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who will be teaching KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4 classes. They are looking for candidates who can constantly engage students in their work and help support the teacher.

Your new role:

You will need to help deliver lessons to pupils to ensure pupils develop their skills. Your role may include working one to one or within a small group of students. You will also be required to monitor the progression of students to ensure that they are developing their knowledge.

The ideal candidate:

·        Have good subject knowledge and experience of teaching across Primary and Secondary in a UK school setting

·        Be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons

·        Monitor and assess pupils effectively to ensure pupil progress

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Strong classroom and behaviour management

·        A valid enhanced DBS check on the update service (or be willing to process one with us)
