Resourcer – Birmingham – ASAP

* Contract: Full time – Permanent
* Salary: Up to £15,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a driven, organised and detail focused individual with excellent communication skills to join our busy team as a Recruitment Resourcer.

Together with our existing team you will work in partnership with schools across the Birmingham area and be accountable for:
* Building a pool of candidates ready to fulfil requirements
* Creating and posting appealing and engaging job adverts to attract the best talent in the market
* Review CV’s and conduct a quality pre-screen of all applicants to our roles
* Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates to find their suitability for the job opportunity
* Proactively manage a candidate pipeline by building and keeping strong and long-lasting relationships
* Liaise with the Recruitment Consultant and our management team regarding open vacancies and effectively match your candidates to these positions
* Support with the compliance and pre-employment checks for new starters
* Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates both face to face and over the telephones
* Meet and exceed agreed KPI targets

Our candidate’s journey is managed through a mixture of online platforms that link to our in-house CRM, supporting you in your role and you will work closely with the Head of Compliance, Recruitment and Operations to ensure that we remain up to date with any legislative changes and be responsible for ensuring these are implemented and communicated throughout the business. If you are considering a career in recruitment, we would prefer you to have:
* 1 year experience in a customer-focused environment (ideally in a fast-paced call centre role, sales or recruitment)
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Enthusiastic and motivated to achieve agreed targets
* Exceptional customer service
* Impressive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* A positive and enthusiastic outlook
* Team player
* Work well under pressure
* Organised and excellent time management
