** Has recently completed their teacher training
** Has excellent behaviour management skills
** Has excellent knowledge of the British National Curriculum
** Has great communication and lesson delivery skills
** Can prepare and plan lessons in advance
** Can close the gap in performance of all pupils with special educational needs or disabilities
