Twenty 4 Seven Education is delighted to be working alongside this friendly and inviting Primary school located in a residential area in Bridgend. They are looking for a kind and passionate teaching assistant who will work within the classroom to create an enjoyable learning environment.

The school

The role
The successful candidate will work term-times during weekdays from 8:30 to 15:30. They will be working with a class as a general teaching assistant and will sometimes take small groups or one-to-one with pupils to compete learning activities set by the classroom teacher.

As a Teaching Assistant you will:
Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum
Assist pupils in developing academically, socially, and personally
Get to know the pupils and learn the best ways to support them
Prepare and perform learning activities set by the teacher
Assist the classroom teacher in preparing the classroom and any admin

The successful candidate:
Will be passionate, kind, and dedicated
Will have experience working within an educational setting
Will have a good command of the English language
Experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Teaching assistant qualifications are desirable but not required.
