**Level 3 Childcare or equivalent 

Twenty4Seven Education is thrilled to be working alongside this vibrant and joyful primary school located in a residential area of Newport. They are looking for a level 3 Teaching Assistant to work alongside their amazing team of staff and work with pupils to create an engaging and enjoyable learning environment.

They are looking for a joyful and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work alongside their team and to become a positive and supportive addition to the school.

The Role:

The successful candidate will begin working in September and will be working till the end of the academic year. They will be working term time on weekdays from 8:30 to 15:30. They will be working as an early year’s teaching assistant and will work supporting pupils in their day-to-day school life and helping them develop academically socially and personally.

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

Support the room leader in preparing educational activities
Work in small groups leading activities and exploring with the children
Get to know the children and learn how to support them academically, socially, and personally
Discuss and put into action strategies to support the pupils
Get involved in activities and encourage the children to explore and play creatively
Work with the pupil and teacher to plan and put into action systems to help the pupil
Get stuck in and explore the world with pupils making a fun and enjoyable learning experience


The successful candidate: 

Will be caring, passionate, and hard-working
Will have an understanding of how to support pupils
Will have a good command of the English language
Will be able to implement and adapt learning activities
Will be joyful and get involved in activities and encourage the children to explore and play creatively
