Twenty4Seven Education is looking for a qualified primary teacher to work in this lovely primary school located in a residential area in Newport. They are looking for a passionate and caring Teacher to work in their year 2 class, creating a stimulating and enriching learning environment that helps each individual learn, develop and reach their full potential.
The School

The school is part of a tight-knit community and listens to both the parents and pupils to help shape the way they approach education and provide a learning environment they can all take pride in. They are looking for a Teaching to join their Year 2 class and provide a fun and passionate approach to learning. The successful candidate will become part of the team of staff who are dedicated to helping children develop academically, socially, and personally.
The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the staff to provide a series of Lessons following the curriculum set. They will begin in September and will work weekdays during the term time from 8:30 to 15:30. The successful candidate will provide lessons for a range of abilities and will adapt the lesson plans to better suit and support the needs of the students.
The ideal candidate:
Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QLTS)
This role is also suitable for ECTs looking for a supportive school to complete their induction year
Able to teach National Curriculum
Be adaptable, organised, dynamic, and hardworking
Understand the requirements for high-quality teaching and have a desire to positively impact students learning and achieve highly
Strong classroom and behavior management
Be able to use ICT in all aspects of your work and embrace new technologies and ideas that enhance learning
Have excellent administration skills and an ability to meet deadlines
Have good interpersonal and communications skills
Be a positive team player with a strong commitment to professional development
