Twenty4Seven Education is looking for a qualified and passionate primary school teacher to work in this inviting and friendly primary school located in Caerphilly. The school are looking for a primary school teacher to work in their Year 1 class leading a class of students throughout their academic journey.

The school
The school works to nurture their pupil’s potential and work alongside their students to create a school they can be proud of. The school work to make sure each student is treated as an individual recognising their different strengths and skills and working to build on their pupil’s confidence and creativity. The school is run by a dedicated team of staff who work together to inspire their pupils through their own passion for learning. They are looking for someone who will continue to demonstrate this passion for learning and evolve and learn alongside the pupils.

The role
The successful candidate will begin working in September and will continue till the end of the academic year, with the possibility of this becoming permanent. They will work term time on weekdays from 8:3 to 15:30. They will work in the year 1 class leading the class throughout the academic year, creating and delivering engaging lessons.

The ideal candidate:
Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QLTS)
This role is also suitable for ECTs looking for a supportive school to complete their induction year
Able to teach National Curriculum
Be adaptable, organised, dynamic, and hardworking
Understand the requirements for high-quality teaching and have a desire to positively impact students learning and achieve highly
Strong classroom and behavior management
Be able to use ICT in all aspects of your work and embrace new technologies and ideas that enhance learning
Have excellent administration skills and an ability to meet deadlines
Have good interpersonal and communications skills
Be a positive team player with a strong commitment to professional development
