Twenty4Seven Education is thrilled to be working alongside this friendly and welcoming Primary school located in a residential area in Bridgend. They are looking for a qualified Teaching Assistant to work in their classroom supporting the teacher and creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment within the school.

They work to create a fun and engaging learning environment that helps to develop each pupil’s confidence and individual skills. They are looking for an experienced and qualified teaching assistant to work alongside the classroom teacher supporting the class and helping them to develop academically socially and emotionally.
The Role
The successful candidate will begin work in September and continue through to the end of the academic year, with the possibility of this becoming permanent. They will be working term-time from 8:30 to 15:30.
As a Teaching Assistant you will:
Assist the pupils in accessing the curriculum
Assist the pupils in making progress academically, socially, and personally
Get to know the pupils and learn how to support them further in the best way possible
Ensure the pupil’s safety and supervise and assist with learning activities
Support the classroom teacher and work with small groups of pupils
The successful candidate:
Will be enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate
Will have experience working within an educational setting
Will have a good command of the English Language
Will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
Will be able to implement and adapt learning activities
