Are you passionate about education and dedicated to helping young learners achieve their full potential? At Twenty4Seven Education we are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a team at a Primary School, located in Dudley, West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.

Lead small group activities and interventions to support the learning needs of individual students.

Contribute to the planning, preparation, and assessment of lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.

Assist with the management of classroom behavior, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Utilize your expertise to support pupils with special educational needs, including those with EHCPs.

Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create effective learning strategies and resources.

Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the smooth running of the school.

Requirements:

Hold a relevant qualification such as a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant certificate.

Previous experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.

A proactive approach to supporting student progress and addressing individual learning needs.

An understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.

Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
