Twenty 4 Seven are currently working with a large SEN School in the Brent area and are seeking 2 long term support staff to support across KS1 and KS2.

The role:
We are looking for 2 teaching assistants, who can be part of our team supporting learning for pupils with ASD. You must be able to demonstrate that you are able to work within the guide -lines of our school ethos by demonstrating a caring and nurturing attitude whilst having high expectations for pupils to succeed. The school offers a differentiated national curriculum, delivered through a range
of learning styles.

The Person:
You will:
 kind, caring and sensitive to pupil’s needs, be patient and understanding
 experience and knowledge of working with a range of pupils with ASD is desirable
 undertaken training and has the expertise to work with children and an interest in special needs.
 enthusiastic and able to form positive relationships with pupils and staff
 committed to their own professional development
 able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills
 support creative play, developing interaction and communication between pupils
 some knowledge of the national curriculum and how you can support aspirational learning

The salary for this role is Scale: 2, Point: 3-4, Salary: £18,887 ‐ £19,264 Plus London Weighting of £2,013 plus SEN Allowance (£2,064) Pro rota. Actual Salary including holiday for 45 weeks (£17,891.25- £18,184.97). hours are 32.5 hours.
