Role Overview: They are seeking a dedicated and qualified Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a passionate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality MFL lessons to inspire and engage students at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student progress and well-being.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Specialization in Modern Foreign Languages (French, Spanish, or German).
Experience teaching MFL at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 levels.
Passion for education, fostering student development, and promoting a love for languages.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
