Job Description: As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to primary school students. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic growth, social development, and emotional well-being. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will contribute to the school’s dynamic curriculum and actively participate in the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and mutual respect.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.

Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice and subject knowledge.

Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching primary school students.

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
