Role: Science Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Start Date: January
Location: Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
Lead and assist in delivering Science lessons, ensuring engagement and understanding among students.
Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs within the Science curriculum.
Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
Support the Science department in maintaining equipment and resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a HLTA or similar role, preferably within a Science department.
Strong background and expertise in Science education, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
Relevant qualifications in Science or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding and adaptability to work within a referral or special educational needs (SEN) environment.
