SEN Teaching assistant role
If you are planning on becoming an Assistant Psychologist or a Social Worker then a teaching assistant role is a great place to start. The skills you develop could bridge the gap between graduate and future psychology-related career goals or studies.
Role
-Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
-Located in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan
-Paid £64-£70 per day
-Planning and conducting 1:1 and group support sessions
-Working alongside superb SEN department
-Opportunity to gain wonderful SEN experience
The ideal candidate will be able to:
– Support students with their learning using a variety of teaching methods.
– Monitor pupil progress and communicate this to the teacher.
– Build a rapport with the pupils, parents and colleagues.
– Be reliable, passionate and personable
