Committed to providing an exceptional educational experience for their students, we are seeking a qualified teaching assistant to join a dedicated team. Job Description: As a qualified teaching assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers and enriching the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects.

Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.

Assisting with the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources.

Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) to access the curriculum.

Promoting positive behavior management strategies and maintaining a supportive classroom environment.

Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the holistic development of all students.

Participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings as required.

Requirements:

Hold a relevant qualification in teaching assistance or childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification)

Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting is desirable.

A passion for working with children and supporting their educational and personal development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

An understanding of child safeguarding policies and procedures.
