Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Management: Effectively supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging student participation and engagement.
Behaviour Management: Implement school policies on behaviour, addressing any disruptions promptly and professionally.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with teaching staff regarding lesson progress and any noteworthy incidents.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role within an educational setting.
Education: Minimum of a Degree in Education or a related field
Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and classroom dynamics.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
Flexibility: Willingness to take on short-term assignments and work in various departments as needed.
