The Role:

• Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times, following the DfE (‘Keeping Children Safe in Education, 2025’) statutory guidance
• Confidently lead a classroom, delivering pre-planned engaging lessons in the teacher’s absence
• Manage student behaviour effectively, positively and professionally in line with the school’s behaviour policy
• Adapt quickly to new schools and different subjects
• Be flexible and reliable, as your weekly schedule may change depending on demand

The Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate or currently studying for a degree (all subjects welcome)
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential
