Requirements:
✅Currently studying at University or a recent graduate
✅Willingness to complete DBS, vetting and reference checks
✅Ability to confidently follow and deliver pre-planned lesson plans
✅Commitment to following all statutory safeguarding and child protection procedures
✅Strong classroom leadership skills to manage behaviour and maintain engagement
✅Effective communication skills with students and school staff
✅Confidence, resilience and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments
