We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with small groups and provide one-to-one support. This role involves delivering a differentiated curriculum tailored to meet the individual educational needs of each student, focusing on both academic progress and Personal, Social, and Health Education (PSHE), which can be a significant factor in their development. You will support students with a range of ASD and related needs through a three-tier curriculum designed to meet diverse requirements. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, resilient, and a versatile professional committed to education, able to remain calm and effective in challenging situations. The role is full-time, term-time only (38.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year), with a pension scheme, full independent school holidays, and membership of an occupational health scheme.
