We are delighted to be working with a lovely, supportive Secondary School in Coventry that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and is looking for stability, consistency and the chance to become a valued member of a School community.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students thrive both academically and emotionally. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide tailored support across the School.

Successful candidates must:

‼️Have a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

‼️Have at least 3 months’ child-related experience in a school or similar setting

‼️Be willing to complete DBS, vetting and reference checks

Key Responsibilities:

👉Adhere to safeguarding and School policies at all times

👉Support students with their academic, social and emotional development

👉Working collaboratively with class Teachers and SEN staff

👉Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs

👉Promote positive behaviour, engagement and independence
