Twenty4Seven Education is pleased to be working alongside this dedicated and inviting secondary school. They are looking for a confident and passionate cover supervisor to lead the classroom and deliver lessons in a variety of subjects.

The school
The school is a vibrant and stimulating environment led by a dedicated team of staff. They cover a range of learning activities and work to involve and encourage each of their pupils to get involved in as much as they can. They pride themselves on their attention to students as individuals understanding each student comes with different strengths and skills and they work to encourage and build upon these to give their students more confidence in their future endeavors. They are looking for a cover supervisor who will contribute to this goal of creating an enjoyable and dedicated learning environment both within and outside of the classroom.

The role
The successful candidate will begin working as soon as possible and will work term time during the weekdays from 8:30 to 15:30. They will cover a variety of subjects and follow the curriculum set by the school.

As a cover supervisor you will:
Lead the classroom
Deliver lessons in a variety of subjects
Work within the team of staff to produce lessons and activities for the class
Complete admin concerning students such as marking and setting homework

The successful candidate:
Will be dedicated and passionate about education
Will have experience working within an educational setting
Will have a good command of the English language
Will be able to plan and implement learning activities

Cover Supervisors are not required to have obtained Qualified Teacher Status however applicants will be subject to a vetting process, an Enhanced DBS check, and Education Workforce Council registration.
