Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students, catering to their individual learning needs and goals.
Assist in the development and implementation of personalized education plans.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Motivate and encourage students to actively engage in their learning process.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and personal growth.
Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.

Requirements:

Relevant educational qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience working with children, preferably in an educational capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the unique needs of each student.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with educational technology and learning resources is desirable.
